Policy
Defective Garments
Every GAFY product is hand
inspected before being shipped to our customers; however,
there are times that a defect escapes notice during
inspection. If you have received a garment that has any
material defect, GAFY will replace your purchase free of
charge. YOU are responsible for shipping the product
back to us; however, we will refund the original shipping charges
to cover your expenses.
For all defective products,
GAFY will only exchange for a defect-free replacement.
GAFY will not
refund the purchase price of the shirt.
If you are unsure whether your
problem would be considered a
material defect, please go to the
Contact Us page and send us
a note with a detailed description of the issue. (Make
sure to include your original order number and choose
"Return Request" as the subject. We will respond with
full details about your options.
Upon receiving your defective
garment, GAFY will inspect and verify the defect(s).
If no
defect is found, GAFY will not honor any replacement and will
only ship garment back at customer's expense, once credit
card authorization is obtained. If customer does not
authorize shipping charges, GAFY will NOT ship garment back.
BE SURE YOUR
GARMENT IS, INDEED, DEFECTIVE BEFORE SHIPPING BACK TO GAFY.

GAFY Mistake
If the shirt you receive is not
exactly what you ordered (and appears on your confirmation), GAFY
will replace your purchase free of
charge. YOU are responsible for shipping the product
back to us; however, we will refund the original shipping charges
to cover your expenses.
For all GAFY fulfillment
mistakes, GAFY will only exchange for a defect-free
replacement. GAFY will not
refund the purchase price of the shirt.

Unsatisfactory
Garments
GAFY realizes that there are
many reasons why a customer may be unhappy with their purchase--some
of which have nothing to do with the quality of the shirt or
design imprint.
If you have received a GAFY
product that IS what you ordered, has NO material defect,
yet it just leaves you unsatisfied, GAFY offers in-store
credit. This in-store credit will be equal to the original
price of the shirt, minus a $8 restocking fee on the
original garment. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded,
and the customer is responsible for returning the product to
GAFY.
In the event you find no
products for which you would like to exchange your originally ordered
shirt, GAFY offers a refund of the purchase price minus a $10 restocking fee.
Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded, and the
customer is responsible for returning the product to GAFY.

to return your non-defective shirt for a refund or exchange,
please see Return Rules (below)
for full details about your options.
ALL the
following requirements must be met for ALL returns. Failure to
do so may result in a delay or refusal of your return.
Please Read Before Proceeding:

All items must be returned
within 45 days of the purchase date.

Some return items are
subject to a restocking charge per the rules detailed
above.

Returned items must be
UNWASHED and UNWORN. If the product fails to meet
this condition, your return will NOT be accepted and we
will NOT ship your product back to you.

All returns must include
a completed copy of the GAFY Return Authorization email.
To obtain your
Return Authorization, you must go to our
Contact Us page and fill
out the form. Choose "Return Request" as the subject
in order to
obtain a Return Authorization form. Include as much
detail as possible describing your reason for returning
your GAFY product.

A Return Authorization form
will be emailed to the address provided with details
regarding your return options as described above.
You must fill out this Return Request form and email it
back to GAFY at
returns@gafy.com. GAFY will
subsequently provide you with a
Return Authorization Number.

All returns must include
the Return Authorization Number and a printout of the
original order confirmation. If you do not have the
original confirmation, please go to our
Contact Us page and fill
out all the information. Let us know you
are requesting your original order number and confirmation
in the comment field provided.
